Sagemcom F@ST3864AC faulty

Have had this for a few years now and it;s finally given up the ghost.

Repeated dropouts on all ports, proven to be the router by conecting my computer direct to the NBN NTD.

How do I request a replacement, or is it easier to BYO?

Phone - be prepared to be on hold forever - or Live Chat - try it first.

Hi Beaso,

Should be straight forward to arrange a replacement, as suggested please Chat with us as an option or can do so via our Social Media team.

If you have one please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details.

Let us know how you go.
