HI CAN SOMEONE TELL ME ABOUT THE COMPENSATION WRITTEN IN THE PAPER AND TOLD ON TV FOR THE TELSTRA AND OPTUS CUSTOMERS LIKE ME THAT WAS SOLD 100/40 KNOWING THAT THE SPEED WOULD BE NEVER OBTAINABLE ON 100/40 ESPESCIALLY ON FIBRE TO THE NODE........I HAVE DONE SPEED CHECKS ON OOCLA EVERY DAY SINCE OCTOBER 2016...........I WANT GET OUT OF OPTUS AS I HAVE 6 PHONE FIGHTS TO GET THE BILLING I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OVERDUE.........PLEASE ADVISE
