SIP phone 1 disabled

SIP phone 1 (and 2) still disabled, connected to nbn for almost 4 weeks. I have contacted optus several times via chat and I'm told 4 - 24 hours will be ok, but nothing yet.I'm told backend this, testing that,...

Internet is ok, disconnects occasionally. 

My account still doesn't show the service I have, but I was charged already the first bill.

Given you have been speaking to Customer Care to get it fixed with no action, I would visit www.optus.com.au/complaints and get it pushed through by CRG.
