Reschedule your NBN appointment online

Hi Yes Crowd,

A couple of weeks ago, Optus launched NBN and Optus Professional appointment rescheduling via self serve. 
Customers are now able to reschedule their appointments online once their NBN order is placed, regardless of which channel is used to place the order.

This includes appointments delayed/cancelled by NBN. If your appointment is scheduled to take place within 24 hours, you'll be unable to reschedule your appointment online. In this instance, you'll need to send us a message.
