I reported a missing NTD (NBN box) issue to OPTUS on 15 July 2017 and they haven't resolved the issue yet. I have been following up with support team every day and they keep updating the ticket and giving same answer every day which is to wait for 2 more business days. I directly contacted NBN and they have told us that optus is not doing the proper follow up on tickets which is actually delaying the NBN appointment. Optus support team is really incompetent and I am always getting ignored and unattended. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
