Our modem is cactus

This is the 2nd ref no. 

Our sagecom modem don't light up

Hey @EVLANN, I've had a look at your fault report and I can see that a technician is scheduled to attend on the 23rd between 8am - 12pm 🙂 This should resolve the issue, please let us know how you go!
