After being connected to the NBN, everything was running smoothly until one day in September 2019 our business phone line was disconnected. After numerous discussions taking a number of hours on the phone you have still not been able to rectify this issue. How this has happened I do not know or understand. We have had the same number for years and suddenly, without notice or apparent reason, we have had it disconnected. We're are trying to run a business and nobody has been able to contact us on our phone line. Everytime I call an Optus help centre they tell me it will be fixed within a few hours. It has been 4 months. If this is not fixed in a timely manner, we will be talking this to the Ombudsman for review.

Definitely sounds like a poor experience.
I'm afraid it's not something we're able to assist with here on our public forum as we don't have visibility of or access to customer accounts, especially business accounts.
