Suggest all Optus customers check their bills
I have just had a $60 charge added to my bill for '6 months free' and then found another $2.30 charge for non-direct debit fee when contract clearly states that if you pay by credit card this is not payable.
This is EXACTLY why I do not direct debit!!

If you haven't already please Message Us here or from your My Optus app under the Help menu so the Billing team can look into this.
