Pre-ordered NBN, No contact from Optus

I preorded the NBN on the 16/03/17. Got the email confirmation saying that optus recieved the pre-order and that i will hear from optus once the NBN was available in my area and that i would  recieve a $250 Visa eftpos gift card will within 28 days. I have checked the optus website and the NBN is available in my area now but there hasn't been any contact from optus since i placed the pre-order and i havn't recieved the gift card either. I would love to know when optus is going to contact me about this?

Hi All, I signed on for Optus NBN via the special deal where I would be given a $250 gift too. I received a confimation email on 3/3/2017 stating I'd get the gift card within 28 days. Here we are in September - I now have the NBN but still no giftcard. I rang Optus and was told to call TLC marketing. I rang the number and got a prerecorded message about delays getting the gift cards out to the Optus clients (a lack of money at TLC, perhaps...). I sent through an email clearly stating my situation and asking for a response back. Nothing. Not happy.
