Port Forwarding stop working since NBN transition

Optus support didn't provide any reference number except promising call me back next business day which I have never received.

I'd like to add me too to this. My port forwarding worked fine using my Optus ADSL connection through Sagemcom Fast 3864 Modem. But unplugging the DSL connection, and connecting to the HFC NBN supplied modem to the "Fibre" jack and port forwarding doesn't work any more. Maybe this modem doesn't do port forwarding when used just as a router, not a modem/router?
