Poor customer service

We were connected to NBN and lost our telephone connection. No telephone service for more than 2 weeks and still waiting for phone to be connected! Very poor customer service, Spent hours over the phone with case manager and still no phone connection. Technician left without ensuring phone was working after connection to NBN. We are elderly and need landline phone access. Very disappointing service!
