My Optus NBN cable service is still not allowing me to watch streaming services. If that’s not bad enough I see on tv that Optus is compensating customers they lied ton regarding move to NBN or lose your internet connection. I was forced to change my cable service to a worse service and I have not heard from Optus once. Looks lik3 it’s time to go the ombudsma. Has anyone had this experience?
Before the TIO you should try resolve the issue (Optus can't fix what you havben't complained about)
Is the issue simply speed? Or dropouts? What tier plan are you on - $60 a month?
If you run a speed test off peak (say in the morning) what speeds are reported? If you run at 8pm what speeds are reported?
Are you connected to fetch via a wired or wifi connection?
