I had a Bill that all of a sudden Increased, I was informed it was due to my period of contract ending, so I requested a new plan with no contract and was told I will be changed to my basics at 60$ + $5 for Mobile phones, I have noted my bill is $75.

I never seem to get a consistant Bill from Optus?




Hey @Roy61 there's a chance it was done within a billing period which could cause some prorated fees and in turn cause your account to be a bit higher than what it should be. You can double check this with the billing crew when you get a chance though.
