The NBN service disconnected for 3 days and it is very hard to reach an agent to compain Optus service.
We demand optus giving us an 4G wireless hotspot for us now otherwise we would like to go TIO!

Have we given you a time frame as to when you can expect the fault to be cleared? What's the actual issue that we've identified? Do you have the fault reference handy?
