Our Oputs NBN has been disconnected for 3 days and still not recover

The NBN service disconnected for 3 days and it is very hard to reach an agent to compain Optus service.

 

We demand optus giving us an 4G wireless hotspot for us now otherwise we would like to go TIO!

 

VERY BAD SERVICE!

How have you tried to contact Optus? Demanding anything on here isn't really going to help, demanding anything in general won't really help actually. Try alternative methods of contact if you're just trying the one. I've always found live chat helpful - http://yesopt.us/chat2us

Have we given you a time frame as to when you can expect the fault to be cleared? What's the actual issue that we've identified? Do you have the fault reference handy?

 

We do have the ability to organise Internet Assistance Kits

That's a 4G wireless modem and a prepaid SIM preloaded with 50GB of data.
