Optus technical team unable to solve connection problem

Last Wednesday 23/08 the internet connection was dropped. After calling tech support team for a week, couple of times each day, it still not working.

Most of the supporters are quite inadequate, with last one even suggesting to cancel the service from my side.

According to tech support, the problem is either network definitions or optical modem issues.

Asked to send proof of address. Sent 3 times now. No one ever gives you call back or follow up to update you or to explain whats going on.

I understand that the tech support is probably run from some sweat shop in India, but this is too much.

I would like to cancel the service as Optus is definitely not going or not interested in solving the problem.
