Over the last couple of days I am having multiple issues with uploading files and sending emails with attachments. They keep timing out and aborting.
Running 'speed tests' shows that whilst download speed is OK at 53mbps the upload speed is only 0.05mbps.
Who do I call to get the problem addressed and rectified?
