Optus NBN HFC downloads from Telstra Network Slow

Is anyone experiencing slow downloads from Optus connection on NBN broadband through Telstra networks? Seems to be issue in both directions.

Last 3 weeks seems to slow and getting worse daily. On Optus NBN HFC in Epping NSW 2121 on 100/40 plan, Speedtest from Optus IP to Telstra network show download at 1.55M: https://www.speedtest.net/result/8017154683
Speedtest to any non telstra network is fine at approx. 90Mbps: https://www.speedtest.net/result/8014362958

Tried reporting issue this morning to Optus tech support by Phone then Web chat, with no success. Not sure what to do next, trying to have this issue looked into by an Optus Network engineer. 

Suggestion anyone?

When you say you tried to contact Optus with no success, do you mean you weren't able to get through to someone or you did get through and your issue wasn't looked into?

If it's the former, technical support is available 24/7 so you may just need to try another time.

Rang optus tech support on 1300 300 041, was waiting on hold for 1 hour and gave up.

 

Later that morning I tried Web Chat, wait approx 20min for consultant and then tried my best to explain issue by typing and sending speedtest links and traceroute reports, consultant not able to ring me, and just did not have technical understanding, tried ask them if a next level tech support person could ring me so I could esier explain the issue.

At the end nothing happened.

 

Tried my best over web chat, but is complex network issue, that is affecting download speed thru Optus-Telstra interconnect links.

 

Getting worst daily. This morning speedtest to Telstra network

I do not know what to do next
