Greeting All

Optus has been in contact with my sister and she was told that work on the issue, but has been delayed through adverse weather conditions. That is crap. They said that they will send an interim package. She told them that was promised a week ago. They said there could be a problem

With the address. 

When I was speaking to my sister my NBN box showed all lights were green.

Everything is working now. Have my cable and internet back. Speeds not great but hay. I am glad.

Big thanks to all here in this forum for the help and assistance.

I bet Optus won't call and tell me it's working

A lot better than the seven months possible outage though? Thanks for letting us know though.

 

Optus do usually fix the issues, but as you mentioned the communication of the process leaves a lot to be desired sometimes. 

 

Often its just not working until suddenly it is.

 

Hope the signal stays strong
