Optus Evolve SIP configuration on Avaya IP Office 500

I'm helping a company to configure their Avaya IP Office 500 PBX to use Optus Evolve SIP. But I can't find any information on how to do that.

Does anyone have a configuration file they can share with me so I can have a look to see how to set it up please. Or if anyone has any cheat sheet that they're willing to share with me.

I've tried looking through that link and I can't find anything.

I called that number and it doesn't put me through to any technical help at all.

Following through the number leads me to asking me to go on chat.

I need to speak to a specialist that can instruct me on how to configure Optus Evolve SIP to work with Avaya.

We apologise for the runaround, @SwiftICT. In this case I would recommend that you call our Business Enterprise Evolve Support Line on 134 315 and choose Option 2 to raise a Service Request.
