No internet

My gateway has all 4 blue lights on with Lan blinking. My Sagem F@st 3864vp hp has wi-fi and wan lights on but internet light is off.

Have tried numerous reboots. Managed to get hold of optus premium support who said network was down, but both nbn and Optus status page reports no problems at all. WHO'S LYING ???

This is 3rd straight day Optus and absolutely disgusting communication access and customer care. I expect a refund on my bill !!!!!!!!!!  If someone bothers at all to get in touch that is..............

When you checked the Optus page did you check the "Fixed Outages"  box. By default it only shows mobile outages.

Yes I did check that box . It showed no outages.
