I have no internet for the last 2hrs. I called and have been put on hold after waiting 45mins to get through to someone. They tried to connect me to the correct department even though I selected the option for nbn. The second time I tried to call I was spoke to rude. I asked why the long wait. I asked for a manager and was hung up on.
I tried to use your chat service but it is to busy and to try again later.
I need support. I am a paying money for a service thast has been badly provided.
