No internet

I have no internet for the last 2hrs. I called and have been put on hold after waiting 45mins to get through to someone. They tried to connect me to the correct department even though I selected the option for nbn. The second time I tried to call I was spoke to rude. I asked why the long wait. I asked for a manager and was hung up on.

 

I tried to use your chat service but it is to busy and to try again later. 

 

I need support. I am a paying money for a service thast has been badly provided.

Same issue in WA 6055. Unable to contact them, internet still down.

Hey guys, apologies for the long wait times to get through this evening. We did have almost 96,000 customers impacted by the outage therefore our contact channels were a little overwhelmed by the numbers trying to get through.
