No internet - still waiting for replacement

Lost internet on 16/03/2019 so the router was replaced but we are have trouble with speed and connection could not make anyone understand what was happening and was told there was no problem. 20/05/2019 got someone understand that there is a problem after 2 attempts to get a Technician out one turned up on the 30/05/2019 looked a my speed readings and said the NBN unit was shot he rang through about it and told us it would be replaced in 6 working days that was 07/06/2019 STILL WAITING
