No internet for almost 2 weeks- Need NBN Tech

Currently very disappointed Optus, went with a larger Telco for the customer service but there's currently NONE!
I have been without internet for 10 days now, have rung Optus various 13''''' numbers only to be hung up on saying 'during Covid 19 your call will not be answered today.''
Have visited my local Optus Store multiple times during this time. Still no appointment for a tech visit. Currently on hold with Optus Complaints line (over 90mins).
Still paying for my internet, still trying to work from home, still trying to school children from home with Zoom meetings and Google classroom without internet= impossible.
When i call they say stay on the line if you have no internet- check. then you receive automated Covid 19 message saying we will not answer your call today or wait copious amount of time and still no one answers.
When will this be fixed?? When will i be able to call your ''helplines' and actually have someone answer?? 
i'm not eligible for the App messaging your website keeps circling me back to. 
C'mon guys your a big Aussie company surely you can provide a better service than this!!
Please someone answer me!!

That does sound like a frustrating experience, Vinnomum12.

Please let us know what troubleshooting have you done? Please try these broadband troubleshooting steps.

What suburb/postcode are you located in? Have you checked for any known outages? Enter your location and tick the Fixed outages box to have a look if that’s the issue.

If you have a social media account, please then send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter  with the details for further assistance mentioning you’re unable to use the My Optus app.

I'm afraid we don't have access to customer accounts here on this public forum.

Postcode 2830, we went out on the 17/04. When i unplugged the power cord from my NBN box the blue optical fibre cord come out. this is why i have no internet. i need an NBN tech to visit restrip the wire and reinsert. 

scheduling one has been the hard part @Ray_YC
