No internet but all devices working, call centre says no username applied

We relocated 2 weeks ago, everything was working then yesterday it just all went off despite all devices working as before

 

call centre said no username applied yesterday but today I called again and technician gave me new username and phone number but had to escalate reconnection

 

anyone else had this problem, how long before it was resolved?
