My home internet went down at around 9am today (7hrs ago) and hasn't come back since. I've tried turning on and off the modem and the router and tried resetting both but to no avail. On the router, the power, WAN, and Wi-Fi lights are steady, the internet is flashing, and the phone and DSL lights are off. On the modem, the power and DOWNSTREAM lights are steady and the UPSTREAM is flashing. The ONLINE light is off. The internet has gone off before but that has usually just been fixed by waiting a few minutes and turning it on and off.
The modem is Arris AM8200B while the router is Sagemcom Gateway F@ST 3864AC NBN.
What should I do?

The internet returned at night. When I looked on the Network Status page there was no outage listed or reported in my area. However, when I called up, apparently there was an outage in our street since that morning. It has now been fixed. Thank you!
