We have been without internet for 5 days, constantly the internet drops out minimum 3 time a month and am sick of it. Have tried everything from resetting the modem ect... Green lights are on for Power, WIFI and then DSL light flashes constantly. Have a technician coming but am sick of having my times wasted talking with Optus, anyone know what i can do to fix it?

I'm assuming you are on FTTN or HFC NBN?
If you only have an "Upstream light" flashing, it will require an NBNCo tech to attend and resolve the fault. Unfortunately, Optus can't tell you when it'll get fixed until NBNCo tell them when they are coming over.
