No email with tracking number

I rang Wednesday about getting home phone and net put on and they man said it’s all gone through but I never received an email notification

Just a heads up that we don't have visibility of customer accounts or orders here on our public forum.


Processing times typically take 2 days, however in times of high demand processing times can be extended. If this affects your order, Optus Sales will be in touch.
