None of my devices are connecting to the wifi. I've reset it several times and nothing. My fetch box says the signal is strong but its still not connecting.
Am I doing something wrong,

As a test you can set up a wifi hotspot using your phone. Perhaps do that and see if your devices can connect to it?
Check your wifi settings in the Optus modem. Are they on Auto / DHCP?
