There was an NBN Outage today after service restoration PC has internet on Cat 6 cable but phone doesn't work and although wireless devices connect they have no Internet access. Any sugestions to resolve issue appreciated.
Hi - a factory reset may assist to get it going. Insert paperclip into Reset hole for 10 seconds with power on the modem. All custom settings fall back to Factory Default and will need to be re-entered if applicable. If that fails, you will need to contact Optus to report a fault.
No 4G backup tried a different modem no problem. Went back to optus supplied modem and got all wireless devices to "forget" connection and reentered password. All OK.
