We haven’t received NBN singal. In the NBN modem, only have two blue light on,
No extra light or icon flashing.
On the Optus modem, Blue network icon is on. Also no telephone icon.
Please let me know what I can do.

Hi @ericheng, if you are located in Victoria then there is a known outage affecting some NBN customers due to the sever weather yesterday. You can always check our Network Status page to confirm if your area is affected → here  

However if your area is not affected or if you are not located in Victoria then has any →  basic troubleshooting helped?

If the issue still continues then you are best to speak with our Technical Support team via the →  messaging service to assist you further.
