My NBN service has been working fine for the past couple of days since initial issues were rectified but thismorning I cannot connect.
The power and optical lights on the nbn box are solid green and the UNI-D 1 light is solid red.
I have 're-booted' the modem several times with no changes.
Hi @Merissa84, really sorry for the delay in response and your NBN connection issue. How is the connection now? As you have confirmed there is no outage have you raised this with Tech Support since posting? If you still need a hand then speak to them on 131344 (open 24x7) to investigate further.
