I take it it is a residential plan? These are not guaranteed services with specified remedy periods or compensation. You need to purchase a more expensive business plan (with a TLA) for that.

 

In this instance if your plan is $100 a month then we're talking $6. Optus might recredit that on asking so woth a look into Facebook.
