How am I supposed to get Internet working when nobody answers the phones at Optus (been on hold for over an hour 3 days in a row) and the My Optus App says I am not eligible for the service (So I can't even send them a message)?
What type of internet do you have?
What suburb/postcode are you located in? Have you checked for any known outages? Enter your location and tick the Fixed outages box to have a look if that’s the issue.
