My 91yo mother was changed over on her land line and for some reason call waiting was added. I contacted Optus and was advised it would be removed and nothing has happened this was some time ago. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks you in advance Jenny

Hi there Jenny,
Call Waiting is automatically added to your service when its connected. If you’d like to re-add or remove it altogether, contact us.
On a Fixed Line Phone, you can disable call waiting on a per call basis by dialling #87 before the entering the phone number on your call.
Not sure why it wasn't removed originally. Do you have access to your mother's account when you contact Optus? I'm afraid we're unable to do it here on our public forum.
