Nbn

My nbn was disconnected due to my overdue bill (my fault)
I paid the bill now I can’t get the internet to connect
Any help please

Hi Spadge, thanks for getting in touch. If your service was suspended due to non-payment it would be resumed automatically within 24 hours once full payment of the overdue amount was received. However if it was fully disconnected then typically it wouldn't be able to be re-activated and a new order would need to be placed for a connection.
