Hi I had a tech out yesterday morning 24 hours ago. He told me I will be connected in 15 mins. Now 24 hours later still no connection. I have spoken with people on live chat and all they keep telling me it is with the backend and can take another 24 to 48 hours. This is redicouls as i have already waited 24 hours so far and still no internet. I am so unsatisfied with the service I have been given. How hard is it to connect someone to the nbn. I am about to look for another provider if I am not connected with in 4 hours from now and no one will help me all I get is the message it is marked as urgent and please wait 24 to 48 hours. Please help
