I am here as my last resort. Haven't had a great time through messenger and my mobile phone just won't take live chat. My nbn connection has been down since 5pm yesterday and all I want to know is why and whether it can be fixed. My date of birth is the 26/06/1954. I would really like some help on this issue, as at the moment I am choking up a lot of mobile data trying to find out what is going on with my nbn connection.
Katrina...go to your nearest Optus store and see if they will help you. I know that the chat service is a bugger to use on your mobile and trying to use the phone menu system is also really daunting.
