Hi. My nbn is installed but no internet. Every time I contact Optus I am told it is a ‘back end’ issue for activation and turning off the adsl and it will definitely be on in 2 hours, 24, 48 hours but it never is. Have been offline for 4 days. Has anyone had this type of issue and gotten it resolved? Thanks

If you can send us a PM with the full name, number and date of birth attached to the account we can take a closer look at what problems you may be encountering with your connection.
