Nbn got connected today ... all lights on modem but no internet.
Called support ... tolc to wait until tomorrow.
Not good enough Optus ... been a loyal customer for 10 yrs ... will consider changing if not resolved ASAP
I need the internet for work ... downtime is costing me $$$
Which NBN Technology are you on, FTTN, FTTC, HFC, Fixed Wireless etc?
Which Lights are actually on, on your Modem? Your not giving us much to work with, did Support tell you why you had to wait to tommorow? If you give us some more information we may be able to help out 🙂
