Nbn drop outs in the last week. No use of Optus technical support. Speed below par. Live chat has been useless. No solution. Woodcroft SA.

Are you FTTN?
Roughly how many drop outs? 10 a day?
What sort of speeds are you getting? What plan speed are you on?
The NBN is having to remediate a lot of connections (particularly HFC and FTTN - annoyingly the two technologies the coalition decided to use instead of fibre). If Optus can't seem to sort the issue then have them request a NBN Technician comeout and do tests on the line.
