Where do I start. Nbn was installed about a week and half ago. A week and a half of frustration. 2 nbn modems and 2 Optus modems now and still no internet.
Tech guy come out on Monday and replaced all the lines outside and nbn modem. Still no internet.
Another 2 hours of phone calls and was sent another Optus modem. The new modem was sent within a couple of days and still no internet. Made another call (1hour 30 mins). By then I had to go to work and couldn’t stay at home to run through the trouble shooting process.
Im now informed that a case manager is now investigating.
In this whole process I have to give up 1 and a half days work, countless hours on the phone.
I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving and now using mobile data (personal hotspot) to access internet on my computer. To which I have now nearly used up all my data.
Seriously Optus, what can be done to resolve this issue?
