Hi NBN about to be connected but have not received my modem.   ORDER Ref 147282628A

in track your order it still shows 1-5 DAYS  since 7 April

If it all possible, I'd speak to the team on Facebook or Twitter. They'll be able to give you an idea of what's happening with the modem.

We haven't been made aware of any significant modem delivery delays. Our stock report shows the Sagemcom 5366TN and Optus Ultra modem listed as "standard delivery applies
