Has moved to a brand new place with no previous nbn. 

Place is nbn ready. 

Still on a plan with Optus so it’s just a relocation, received an email saying no need for technician to come out. Just need to plug in previous modem and I’m good to go.

activation date from email was 21st of dec. I still don’t have any internet atm.

was chtting with online with Optus last night, but her instructions was different from the instructions online and the booklet.

can anyone help please??

What kind of "NBN" was the property "Ready" for? 

Fibre to Premise(FTTP)? Fibre to Node(FTTN)? Fibre to Kerb(FTTC)? Hybrid Fibre (HFC)?
