NBN not working bc Optus have not turned off my ADSL. 45 minutes on phone to ascertain this before being cut off. Five different people  spoken to with each time requiring my details dob etc and explanation of the problem. Ring again to 20 minute wait. I'm back on adsl. Optus can you please sought this out.
