NBN technicians has installed the NBN device (today morning). This is after my phone line being disconnected for more than 2 weeks. 

Now internet working but the phone line not working.

I have contacted the optus NBN few times. Had to wait 30 minutes each time.  They can not help me. Can you please let me know, who can I contact who can help to connect my phone line. (someone who not hanging up on me... redirecting me to a incorrect number.

Press 1
Press 2 for Internet 
enter mobile or landline number 
if found a FIXED service it will give you options for all inter
1 for NBN, 2 for Cable, 3 for ADSL  4 MobileBroadband 
then SELECT 3 "experiecning issue"
then select 4 "all other inquiries"
