The 25 of Oct (2018) I was connected to nbn.
I noticed that they have given me a different telephone number than the one I had previously.
- First contact with support they tell me it is going to be done, they will call my mobile when done....never call back
-26 Oct contact support same story ... never call back
- 29 Oct same thing....
- 30 Oct she told me is pending to be activated but she had to confirm with the right person and will call me back, Guest what she never did it.
Did Optus really care about there customers?????????
