We recently updated our NBN internet to a different NBN plan (optus ultra speedpack 4). The customer service representative informed us to turn off the modem and wait 2-4 hours and it should be connected and activated. We have waited and there has still not been any change.
Can anyone give us advice as to what to do? We would greatly appreciate it.
Hey Luke, thanks for getting in touch. When changing an NBN speed pack, there are 3 systems that need to be updated. It's possible that one of these was not completed correctly and needs to be double checked.
