I have tried signing up for nbn three times and all have failed and i have no idea why.
First time by phone at an Optus store which seemed to be completed, however a week later i was asked to phone Optus rep and the first NBN sing up was cancelled (no reason was given), so i reapplied while i was on the phone, that failed also.
Third signup was through chat, which also failed, then the chat operator tells me my current Optus cable account is not in the system ?
I need some help please before i lose everytrhing.

Please disregard my post as an NBN confirmation email just appeared.
I Just wished at least someone could have given me verbal conformation that my NBN order was processed.
Oh well its sorted now...
