Since optus nbn outage last Sunday we still have no nbn. Have logged a series of complaints and were give a ref number and told a tech would look into the issue by Fri 7pm. It is now 8:20 pm Fri and still no internet and can’t get through to call centre. Is this grounds to terminate a new 24 month contract and move to telstra.
Hi. That is really unacceptable imo. Do you know any neighbours or friends in your are using Optus? Is their net working. Might be stupid question...but i assume you've powered down modem for 20 minutes and started again. Not sure that anyone from Optus reads this forum tbh. Good luck. Edit - and restart NBN box also
