I have placed a NBN plan order online. After receiving an automatic reply email with Order request number, I got no any other contact after. Serveral days had been past, no one contact me.
I had the oreder request number (F71515415126696), can anyone help to check what is going on with this order?
I had tried to ring the service team in the email which is 1300929949, but it was side the waiting time is 1.5 hours which is really ridiculous. I had trid to call in different time but the waiting time are all that long.

Looks like you have a temporary order number. The correct number is 8 digits.
I have also found Optus to be appalling in their delivery. My NBN is actually active and I have still not received my new AC router. The have lied constantly saying that it would arrive before my activation, to being 5 business days later (today) to now saying that they made the arbitrary decsion not to send it because i have the old router (white one), which is crap by the way, never mind that I would like to use 5Ghz speed. These guys are hopeless wish I had never resigned.
